Figure-1 shows the signal encoding of a bit-stream using Bipolar-AMI signal encoding. You are required to give the bit representation of this encoded signal in the given bit stream table (Table-1).

A work station is transmitting data at a rate of 1.69 Mbps over a channel which gets affected by a sudden noise. If the noise occurs for duration of 0.01 msec (milliseconds); how many bits are going to be impacted by this burst error? Give your answer in proper units with complete calculations.
